1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Use govern the use of the all4pack mobile application (hereinafter: „App”) available on the Apple App Store.
2. The App is operated by Marcin Wojciechowski, conducting business under the name MARCIN WOJCIECHOWSKI FHU MiM, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) of the Republic of Poland, with registered address at ul. Szklarska 7, 88-100 Inowrocław, Poland, NIP: 5562523361, REGON: 340617088 (hereinafter: „Operator”).

4. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the App

1. The App serves as a companion tool for the online store available at all4pack.pl, enabling users to browse products, compose orders, and reorder previously placed orders.
2. All purchases are finalized exclusively on the all4pack.pl website. The App redirects users to the website to complete payment. No financial transactions are processed within the App itself.
3. The App does not independently conclude sales contracts. All contractual terms, pricing, delivery options, and payment conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of all4pack.pl.

3. Account Registration

1. To use the full functionality of the App, users must create an account on all4pack.pl or log in to an existing account.
2. Account creation is subject to the terms set out on all4pack.pl.
3. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.
4. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App in cases of violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. App Features

The App provides the following features:

• Account access – sign up or log in to your all4pack.pl account
• Product browsing – browse the full catalog of packaging materials available at all4pack.pl
• Order composition – build a new order by selecting products and quantities
• Reordering – repeat a previously placed order with a single tap
• Purchase analytics – view order history, track spending, and monitor purchasing patterns
• Checkout redirect – finalize orders securely on the all4pack.pl website

5. Personal Data and Privacy

1. By using the App, users acknowledge that their personal data may be processed by the Operator in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection of 10 May 2018.
2. The Operator processes personal data for the purposes of account management, order history, and analytics, on the basis of legitimate interest and/or contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
3. Personal data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. Users have the right to: access their data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

6. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe their data is being processed unlawfully.

6. Analytics

1. The App may collect anonymized usage data (e.g. app interactions, order patterns) to improve functionality and user experience.
2. No sensitive personal data is collected through in-app analytics.
3. Users may opt out of analytics data collection in the App settings where applicable.

7. Cookies and Technical Data

1. The App may use session and persistent tokens to maintain user authentication and preferences.
2. Technical data such as device type, operating system version, and IP address may be collected for security and performance purposes.
3. This data is not used to personally identify users beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content within the App, including design, graphics, product descriptions, and trademarks, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent from the Operator.

9. Liability Limitations

1. The App is provided on an „as is” basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
2. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from: inability to access the App, incorrect data entered by the user, or issues arising from third-party services (including Apple or payment providers).
3. Since all transactions are completed on all4pack.pl, the Operator’s liability for purchases is governed exclusively by the Terms & Conditions of that website.

10. Changes to the Terms

1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Users will be notified of material changes via the App or by email.
3. Continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
3. For matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of the GDPR and applicable Polish law shall apply accordingly.
